Antenna arrangement (4,5,6,7,8) is located on side opposite loudspeaker (3), with grip shaped (10) so user's hand does not cover antenna. Both patch elements (4,5) are covered and a dielectric spacer (6,7) is located between transmit patch element or receive patch element and common ground plate (8). Batteries are located between patch element and under plate.
