摘要 The present invention relates to a method for tuning a multi-channel scanning system for collecting data in a defectoscope. This method involves sequentially calibrating the levels of the output signals from the scanning system sensors as well as the parameters for processing said signals using a computer, wherein the software of the computer includes given values for the levels of the sensor output signals and for the signal processing parameters. According to the value of the level of the output signal from each sensor, the software adjusts the value of the pre-amplification coefficient for each sensor so that the levels of the output signals from all sensors are equal to a given value. The values of the pre-amplification coefficients thus found are stored in a memory and, upon diagnosis of a tube, are defined sequentially and separately for each sensor by the computer. The device for realising this method includes a pre-amplification unit (1) of the output signals from the scanning system sensors which is connected to a signal processing unit (2). The device also includes an amplifier with a programmable amplification coefficient as well as a comparator with a programmable operation threshold which are arranged in said units (1, 2) connected to the computer (3).
