In addition to the two customary sunblinds, the inner rear view mirror of a road vehicle has a sunblind arranged on the window frame or inside of the vehicle. A fixture strip (2) of the sunblind (1) is fixed to a sealing and windscreen retainer rubber (3) and this by adhesion. The sunblind can be folded over a rotary axis (4) upwards to the vehicle roof interior (5). It has integrated sunblind plates (6) which can be drawn outwards horizontally and a sunblind plate (7) which can be drawn outwards vertically.
