摘要 The present invention relates to a polarimetric device for the remote measurement of the optical and physical parameters of objects. This device includes a first and a second linear polarisers (1, 2) which are rigidly mounted together with an attenuator (3) and a circular polariser (4) in a turret (9) attached to the axis of a rotation engine (10). The device also includes a light filter (5), an objective (6) and a multiple-element radiation receiver (7) which are mounted in series and optically connected together. The turret (9) comprising the rotation engine (10), the light filter (5), the objective (6) and the receiver (7) define an optical unit mounted in a body (11). The body (11) includes a connection unit rigidly connected to a discrete rotation mechanism. The receiver (7) is connected through an analog-to-digital converter (8) to a RAM memory (13). This polarimetric device has reduced size and weight characteristics as well as an elementary base with a reduced volume. This device increases 2ROOT N times the precision of the measurements to be carried out, N being the number of angular measurements, which allows for the identification of objects according to very high close-up parameters, and for the collection of data about the structural microphysical particularities of the objects.
