<p>There is disclosed a method of identifying subjects having a high or low drug metabolising phenotype associated with cytochrome CYP3A5 expression, which method comprises screening genomic DNA from said subject for the presence or absence of one or more polymorphic variants in a transcription regulatory region of the sequence encoding CYP3A5. Oligonucleotide molecules for carrying out the screening are also provided.</p> |
