The energy-saving appliance for steam saunas involves releasing the steam in a perforated sheet metal pipe (7). The steam is conveyed into a jacket tube (8) which is open at the top end (14) and has an air-inlet (13) at the bottom end. A condensate-drainage pipe (12) is positioned at the lower end of the pipe. The steam is sucked up via a pipe and mixed with steam with a phase transfer to mist (6). The room climate is produced with floor (4), seat (5), wall (2) and ceiling (3) heating.
