The counterpart holder (12) is arranged in the tray plate only (8), the plate designed as glass ceramic with opening (10). The holder (12) is flexibly fitted to the ceramic plate and in the form of a ring disk radially grasping the opening (10) outwards and also bonded to the underside of the plate (8) in heatproof finish and running right round the underside. Otherwise the counterpart holder (12) radially grasps the plate opening from the top of plate via a temperatureproof interlayer. In this case the holder as such (12) radially grasps the opening from below, also via an interposed temperature-proof interlayer. A flexible gas line (6) is envisaged.
