摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A pin material of aluminum alloy having antibiosis and anti-mould property and a heat exchanger for an air conditioner containing the pin material are provided to form a coat on the surface of the aluminum alloy in a certain method and to maintain hydrophilic property, the antibiosis, and the anti-mould property for a long period. CONSTITUTION: A pin material of aluminum alloy is supplied by using bis(2-pyridiltio)-dink-1 and 1'-dioxide("Z-Pt") for containing high levels of hydrophilic property, antibiosis, and anti-mould property. And an aqueous resin coat is formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy pin material by using an aqueous resin paint formed by dispersing Z-Pt. Then, a hydrophilic coat is formed by using hydrophilic coating solution. Therefore, the hydrophilic property, the antibiosis, and the anti-mould property are maintained for a long period. Herein, the Z-Pt is insoluble particle while having a larger diameter than the thickness of the aqueous resin coating and the hydrophilic coating. Therefore, the hydrophilic coating and the Z-pt are coexisted on the surface to maintain the hydrophilic property, the antibiosis, and the anti-mould property for a long period.</p>
