PURPOSE: An apparatus for deep coloring processing of polyester fabrics and knitting dyed uniformly with a compound having low refractive index on its surface is provided which can improve color saturation of dyed polyester fabrics by coating a compound having low refractive index on its surface. CONSTITUTION: In a padding apparatus comprising a chemical tank (10) containing a softening agent and an antistatic agent, a dipping roller (20) for dipping dyed polyester fabrics (1), which is installed on the chemical tank, a pair of padding rollers (30)(40) for padding dipped fabrics, a dry roller (50) for drying padded fabrics, and a dryer (60), the deep coloring apparatus comprises a chemical tank for containing a compound having low refractive, which is installed a dipping roller (70) on its inside (80); a pair of coating rollers (90)(100) installed on one side of the padding roller for passing; an endless non woven (110) for attaching a compound having low refractive on the fabrics by winding on the dipping roller and coating roller; an expand roller (120) for expanding the contracted non woven fabric in situ; and a tension regulator (130) for controlling a felt tension. |
