PURPOSE: An air bubble generating device of a washing machine is provided to uniformly distribute the amount of air bubbles which are generated in an air bubble generating plate by supplying the compressed air to the central portion and the both side portions of the air bubble generating plate. CONSTITUTION: An air bubble generating device(100) generates Air bubbles from the introduced compressed air, and injects the generated air bubbles to the washing water in a washing tub. The air bubble generating device(100) comprises a case(120), a porous member(180), and an air bubble generating plate(160). The air bubble generating device(100) forms a cavity portion by the case(120) and the air bubble generating plate(160).
