AUTOMATIC CHARACTER PRODUCING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automatic character producing system is provided to extract characteristic parts from a customer image, and synthesize a character from various image elements stored at a database. The produced characters can be printed at a vending machine or used in various applications such as an e-mail and a browser. CONSTITUTION: An automatic character producing system comprises a server(1) loading an internet home page(2) and an internet terminal(6) for accessing the server(1). The server(1) includes a database(10) storing classified image elements, and an image processor(30) extracting characteristic elements from a customer's image, searching for a similar character element(85) and synthesizing the searched character element with other image elements. The internet terminal(6) includes an image input part(20) for inputting the customer image by a photograph or an image data file, and a display(80) displaying the input customer image, a plurality of searched character elements, and synthesized character.
