PURPOSE: A secondary lithium battery is provided to improve the capacity, the energy density, the life of the battery by using an improved electrode plate for a secondary lithium battery. CONSTITUTION: An electrode plate comprises an active material and a conductive polymer. The conductive polymer is a copolymer or a mixture. The electrode plate further comprises an electrolyte. A lithium battery uses an electrolyte which is an organic electrolyte. According to the secondary lithium battery, the capacity, the energy density, the life of the battery are improved.
