PURPOSE: A method for tracking a mobile call in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication system is provided to take rapid action in the event of exceptional situation, in proceeding with the call processing of a specific mobile call to be tracked. CONSTITUTION: If a specific mobile call tracking request signal is inputted to a base station management center, the tracking request signal is transferred to an associated control station, and transmitted to a base station(S1-S3). If the associated call is in progress of call processing, the base station and the control station collect already progressed information(S4). The call processing execution information of the associated mobile call is transferred to an operator management center(S5). The transferred call processing execution information is output into text or graphic to an operator terminal, and displayed to the operator(S6).
