PURPOSE: A method for detecting an infinite loop of a base station controller in a code division multiple access(CDMA), is provided to check a performing time of a process, which plays a call process by use of an inner timer, and forcefully to end the process when detecting a process performing an infinite loop by checking, so that a CPU source waste, cause by the infinite loop performing, can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an infinite loop of a base station controller in a code division multiple access(CDMA), contains processes. The first process is to check process identifier(ID) for displaying a performing process, if a real time clock interrupt is generated. The second process is to check a class of the performing process, after increasing performance time data displayed a performance of a process as much as a specific value, if the ID is the same as an ID of the performing process.
