METHOD FOR PRODUCING TWO PHASE-STAINLESS HOT ROLLING STEEL PLATE WITHOUT SURFACE CRACK

PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce two phases stainless hot rolling steel plate without a surface crack by controlling a hot rolling condition of a two phases stainless steel slab. CONSTITUTION: A two phases stainless steel plate contains 21 to 24wt% of Cr, 4.5 to 6.5wt% of Ni, 2.5 to 3.5wt% of Mo, 0.08 to 2wt% of N and less than 0.03wt% of S. For producing the steel plate, a steel slab is heated in a temperature of 1200 to 1260°C in a heating furnace. The steel slab is rolled in the final thickness in a temperature of more than 900°C after rolled under the proper depressing ratio and deformation ratio velocity per rolling step in a material temperature of 900 to 1260°C and within 60% of accumulated depressing ratio. The steel slab is finally wound and cooled to be the two phases stainless hot rolling steel state without a surface crack.
