PURPOSE: An apparatus for economizing fuel of an internal combustion engine is provided to improve output of an internal combustion engine with small amount of fuel by regulating spraying amount of fuel, to improve performance of a vehicle by improving thermal efficiency of an engine, to lengthen the life of an engine with fuel saving, and to prevent air pollution by reducing smoke by increasing output of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A turbulence apparatus is formed in an inlet of a spraying nozzle on the lower end of an injector(2) spraying fuel to a cylinder of an internal combustion engine. The fuel sprayed from the injector is dispersed in radial by touching to a conical dispersion body of the turbulence apparatus. The angular degree and rotational range of the turbulence of the dispersed fuel is formed in wide by many spiral protrusions formed in the central of a housing. The intake air flowed into an intake manifold is maximally mixed with the fuel around an intake valve(1). The amount of the fuel sprayed to the injector installed in respective cylinder on a fuel distribution line with a pressure adjustor by a motor position installed to be interlocked with the pressure adjustor is regulated effectively. Thereby, the output of an internal combustion engine is decreased or increased.
