PURPOSE: A method for mediating landed estate using the internet is provided to receive information adaptive to desired landed estate among landed estate information from a web site by collecting landed estate mediating stores as chain stores and constructing a database regarding landed estate mediating stores. CONSTITUTION: A web site gathers monopoly/buying and selling information of landed estates using the web page. An operator site collects internet users as members and collects monopoly/buying and selling information of landed estates using the web page. The operator site stores collected monopoly/buying and selling information of landed estates in a database. The operator site installs a program for inquiring the database in a system so that an internet user inquires monopoly/buying and selling information of landed estates. The operator site provides a web page for inquiry so that an internet user inquires monopoly/buying and selling information of landed estates. A landed estate store readies a program for performing a contract process to monopoly/buying and selling information in the operator site using the web page of the operator site. An internet user registers a condition of monopoly/buying and selling goods in the operator site. The operator site provides monopoly/buying and selling goods with the registered condition to the internet user.
