PURPOSE: An electric bulletin board advertisement using an internet web browser is provided so that the advertisement effect can be highly increased by applying product and enterprise image advertisements to an introduction screen of an initial browser. CONSTITUTION: A netizen computer(5) connects to a network(7). A motion picture file to be advertised is registered, and a repetition number of the advertisement is set up(9). An output method of the advertisement motion picture file is set up(10). The motion picture file suitable for the setup method is transmitted(11). The final internet electric bulletin board advertisement motion picture file inputted from the server is received(12). The electric bulletin board advertisement is performed on a browser. As a result, the netizens do not visit a homepage of a company without watching the advertisement.
