PURPOSE: An additional apparatus for attaching public information objects located at upper portion of golf car is provided to offer a convenient information providing medium by additionally installing a device with a three-dimensional shape on a upper portion of a golf car and installing expressible contents in the device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of combining elements(1) fix an upper portion of a golf car and an additional device. A power supply device and pneumatic compressor(3) drive pistons installed in an inner place of the additional device. An external surface(3) of the additional device mounts or designs various contents to recognize various contents to person. An external mold(4) supports and fixes the external surface(3) of the additional device.
