PURPOSE: A management device and its method are proposed to register and open visual creations to internet, to provide chances for evaluation by the general public, and to spread and seek for excellent creations. CONSTITUTION: A management device is consisted of a database for registered visual creations, a temporary storage of evaluation scores, a database for accumulated scores and the number of references to creations, a storage part for web page, an electronic mail transmitter-receiver and a control part. A management method is composed of seven steps. At first step, a visitor connects to a web server. At second step, the visitor can choose one among registration, evaluation, and contracting about the licence. A third step is for enabling the visitor to evaluate a selected visual creation. At fourth step, evaluation scores are stored and updated, and displayed on a screen. A fifth step determines whether registration period of the evaluated creations is overdue or not. If the period is overdue, a sixth step determines whether accumulated evaluation score is less than threshold value. Otherwise, running is stopped. If the accumulated evaluation score is less than threshold value, a visual creation is deleted from the database at the last step.
