APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING SPEAKER FROM MAGNETIC LOSS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a speaker from magnetic loss is provided to enhance the product reliability and prevent the increase of the cost by preventing magnet fracture in advance and replacing the speaker when in the fracture. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(3) and an upper plate(4) are sequentially fixed on the upper side of a lower plate(2) from which a pole(1) is protruded. A bobbin(8) on which a voice coil(7) is wound is inserted in the outer side of the pole(1). A vibration plate(9) is connected around the upper side of the bobbin(8). One end of a damper(10) is fixed to one side of the bobbin(8) and the other end of the damper(10) is connected to a frame(11). Grooves(5, 5') are formed on the lower plate(2) and the upper plate(4). A protection cap(6) is fixed in the grooves(5, 5') to enclose the magnet(3).
