摘要 PURPOSE: An array structure of thin film transistor liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent defects due to a step coverage between a thin film transistor and a storage electrode when rubbing. CONSTITUTION: An array structure of thin film transistor liquid crystal display device includes a lower substrate(20), a gate bus line(21), a data bus line(23), a thin film transistor(25), a pixel electrode(27), a storage electrode(28), and an alignment layer. The gate bus line(21) is extended to an x axis on the lower substrate(20). The data bus line(23) is extended to an y axis on the lower substrate and confines a unit pixel with the gate bus line. The thin film transistor(25) is implemented around the cross section between the gate and data bus lines. The pixel electrode(27) is implemented on the unit pixel area and contacts the thin film transistor. The storage electrode(28) is imposed on a lower portion of the pixel electrode. The alignment layer is implemented on the lower substrate.
