PURPOSE: A vehicle calling system and the method are provided to achieve the location confirmation of clients easily and to move vehicles swiftly by connecting clients and drivers directly. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer(10) controls the operation of the whole system. A vehicle location signal receiving part(20) receives the location signal of a vehicle from the satellite and provides it to the microcomputer(10). A client connecting part(30) connects the phone call from a client to the microcomputer(10). A vehicle connecting part(40) connects the mobile phone terminal of a specific vehicle and the microcomputer(10) to help the client have a telephone conversation with the driver. A memory part(50) stores software necessary for system operation and data generated in operation. A display part(60) displays the operation states of the system.
