PURPOSE: A data control circuit for a memory is provided to prevent the loss of operated data by providing an auxiliary power source to the memory and storing the data provided up to the present time if the power is suddenly turned off, or the system operation is stopped, and storing provided up to the present time if the system is hung up. CONSTITUTION: A data control circuit for a memory includes the following units. A memory reads and writes data from/to a corresponding address according to a control signal. A memory control unit controls the operation of reading or writing data.
