PURPOSE: A main feature of the health drink is to mix juice prepared from fruit and honey which is good for the respiratory organs, and extract from several crude drugs. CONSTITUTION: A preparing processes comprises: extracting liquid by heating ginseng 100-200g, platycodon 100-200g, Chinese quince 50-100g, dried orange peel 100-200g, ginger 50-100g in 80-100°C water of 25-35L for 2-3 hours; dividing pear into two in the ratio of 1:4, digging out inside flesh of the center of big part, putting honey 10-50g in the hole, covering with the small part again, and plastering yellow soil the surface of pear in 51-2cm thickness; half-cooking in 60-80°C yellow soil room for 3-5 hours; removing the yellow soil, pressure the pear containing honey with general press to obtain juice 0.5-2wt%, and agitating.
