PURPOSE: A bi-directional broadcasting system using networks is provided to apply video conference international standard protocol H.332 to a broadcasting system. CONSTITUTION: A bi-directional broadcasting system using networks includes a broadcasting server(10) and a terminal equipment(20). The broadcasting server(10) transmits information from plurality of resources and respective terminals by processing the information profit for broadcasting to each terminals using broadcasting networks. The broadcasting server also manages respective terminals subscribing the broadcasting. The terminal equipment(20) transmits/receives image and voice data to/from the broadcasting server(10).
