PURPOSE: An organic electric field light emitting displaying device is provided to improve the contact characteristics of an organic light emitting layer, a pixel electrode, and an aluminum reflection electrode layer by using a buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic electric field light emitting displaying device comprises a thin film transistor(TFT), a pixel electrode(28), a protection layer(29), an organic light emitting layer(30), a reflection electrode layer(32), and a buffer layer(31). The pixel electrode(28) makes contact with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor(TFT). The protection layer(29) covers the upper portion of the thin film transistor(TFT).
