PURPOSE: A cylindrical apparatus for generating ultra SHF(Super High Frequency) is provided to effectively focus and control electron beam and have simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical apparatus for generating ultra SHF comprises a cylindrical cathode(100), a cylindrical first grid(120), an insulation unit(130), a vacuum cylindrical input hollow(140), a resistance unit, a cylindrical second grid(150), a cylindrical anode(160), a vacuum cylindrical output hollow(170) and an input/output coupler(180). The cylindrical cathode(100) emits electrons to vacuum. The grid(120) is mounted within the cathode to have plural slots converting the electrons into an electron beam. The insulation unit(130) insulates between the first grin and the cathode. The cylindrical input hollow(140) is surrounded by the cathode, the insulation unit and the first grid to modulates the density of the electrons.
