PURPOSE: A collusion alarm device and an alarm method to be set the order of priority are provided to predict a motion of a vehicle using each sensor, and to confirm a danger, and to inform a driver of an alarm according to the order of priority. CONSTITUTION: A collusion alarm device and an alarm method to be set the order of priority contains the following means: a mean of sensing a position (30) to measure a relative distance and speed, to sense a driving direction of a self-vehicle and a position of a target-vehicle; a control mean of the order of priority (36) to set up the order of priority of danger from a signal of the mean of sensing a position, and to grade an alarm distance according to the order of priority, and to output a signal of danger if the alarm distance is more than the relative distance; an alarm mean to receive the signal of danger from the control mean of the order of priority, and to generate an alarm sound.
