PURPOSE: A mobile virtual real kiosk is provided to sell products with a person or non-person in public places, through high definition-kiosk displaying function and a virtual real function, by receiving virtual real data and moving pictures through wireless communications and pre-established structure. CONSTITUTION: A mobile virtual real kiosk comprises the steps of: reading a command to product menu which a seller or a consumer selects(S1); comparing and deciding whether the menu is selected; if selected the menu, requesting server database to a selected item; receiving continuously data to a corresponded item with explaining the product(S4); comparing and deciding whether the data receiving is completed to receive; if completed, returning to the S1 and waiting for a next command; and if not, returning to the S4 to continue on receiving the data.
