PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for reporting automatically after service information of electronic equipments are provided to give rapidly service information to users by displaying automatically the service information. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and a method for reporting automatically after service information of electronic equipments comprise a memory(101), an abnormal status determination portion(103), a control portion(102), a text signal generation portion(104), and a display portion(105). The memory stores information about a first-aid treatment and service data. The malfunction determination portion generates an abnormal status signal. The control portion reads the service data from the memory and varies a current mode to a service information display mode. The text signal generation portion converts the service data to a text signal. The display portion displays the text signal on the service information display mode.
