SYSTEM FOR SEARCHING VIDEO MAIL ACCORDING TO VOICE RECOGNITION

PURPOSE: A system for searching a video mail according to voice recognition is provided to obtain a video mail server using MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension) code based on an exist mail server and enable to search according to voice recognition. CONSTITUTION: A voice and video information are received and transmitted by a MIME method in case of data communication between a video mail server and internet clients. The internet clients receive a voice keyword generated by the MIME method when an arbitrary subscriber generates a request according to the video mail searching. The MIME decoder(232) demodulates the received voice keyword through a general mail server and transmits the decoded data to a mail examining agent. The mail examining agent(233) provides a voice recognition module(234) with the voice keyword and information related to various kinds of video mail, which searches mails using the voice keyword and information. The searched information is modulated through a MIME coding part(235) and transmitted to the internet client through the general mail server.
