PURPOSE: An apparatus for putting up a placard without strings is provided to easily hang a placard in the street and keep the street clean by standardizing size and width of placard. A placard hung by using strings and balks can be easily damaged and injure the beauty of the street. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for hanging a placard without strings is provided, comprising props in both side ends, an upholder in the top part to regulate spaces between both side props, a fixed holder and a mobile holder enabling to leave or remove balks in both sides and a regulator part controlling a location of mobile holder. According to the apparatus, hanging a placard could be easily done and its wear could be longer.
