PURPOSE: An internet free personal notice board service method is provided so that all the personal interchange such as information interchange, counselling, cultural interchange, journey, circle formation and electrical transaction are executed through a personal notice board by providing the personal notice board to members free. CONSTITUTION: An internet free personal notice board service method includes several steps. A first step is that an user connects to a company which provides service so as to interchange information through internet.(S101) A second step is that the user determines whether to join as a member in a connecting menu or not(S103) and the user is allowed to read some limited information of the company when the user doesn't want to join.(S105) A third step is to input user's personal items according to the menu and log-in if the user wants to join as the member. A fourth step is that the user determines whether to receive free personal notice board or not(S107) and the user can't use his(her) own free personal notice board if the user doesn't want the free personal notice board.(S109) A fifth step is that the company provides the free personal notice board to the user if the user wants the free personal notice board.(S111)
