PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a master cylinder for automobile and method therefor is provided to protect the generation of any internal defects such as a dendrite structure, a solidifying shrinkage, or gas pores being generated in a casting process and also to rapidly make products having excellent mechanical properties with low cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a master cylinder for automobile and method therefor relates to a master cylinder generating pressure in oil hydraulic brake device. The method for manufacturing a master cylinder for automobile comprises following steps: a step for cutting raw material, in which raw material of aluminum is cut at a desired size by using a cutting device; a step for heating the cut aluminum material to a temperature between 550°C and 600°C by an induction heater such that overall the cut aluminum material may be kept in a mixture state of a solid and a liquid phases with a spheric structure maintained; a step for preheating a manufacturing device for controlling an oxidation film produced in heating the material during a molding process and a metallic mold in which the heated material is poured and then pouring the heated material into the preheated metallic mold; a step for pressing the material poured into the metallic mold with controlling a speed as multistage by using a facility such as press; a step for solidifying the molded products for 5 to 10 seconds under constant pressure and then ejecting the solidified products by using an ejector; and a step for rapidly cooling the products ejected by the ejector.
