PURPOSE: A method for managing a property shift by use of the internet is provided to register property items of a user on a web site, and to recognize cash items of a present own property by updating state shifting a price to the registered contents, periodically. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing a property shift by use of the internet comprises the steps of: inputting property items after registering a member identification(ID) and a password; storing the inputted items according to each member ID; confirming a price of the items of a corresponded member, if inputted a request, amid standing by an input of an actual cash value; and calculating the price by estimating the prices of the items again, by use of the confirmed price.
