PURPOSE: A payment reservation system of electronic commerce is provided to increase the reliability of purchasing and to activate electronic commerce by making the legitimate returns and refundment of purchased goods easy. CONSTITUTION: In case that a stop command of a system and a continuous execution command are set up as K="99" and K="00" respectively, if the system starts to operate, an initial value of K is stored as "00"(10) and approach to an initial screen is conducted(13). If the time of the system becomes "24:00:00" and the date gets changed(12), a reservation relending procedure(500) is executed. For the registration of a member(14), a member registration is selected in the state of the initial screen(13) and achieved according to a member registration procedure(700). If the member registration is completed, a system operator, a merchant and a purchaser conduct the selection of work according to each of the work contents(15) and carry out a log-in procedure(100). If the selection values of a receipts management procedure(600), a goods purchasing procedure(200), an order management procedure(300), a returns procedure(400) and a system management procedure(50) are set up as "10", "20", "30", "40" and "50" respectively, each associated procedure according to each selection is executed. If a result of work selection is "50", the system management procedure(50) is executed. If the execution result is K="99"(11), the system is stopped.
