PURPOSE: An internet advertisement system and method are disclosed to provide an advertisement and advertisement cash with an identification code, and realize an interactive advertisement over the internet during the process of a user's obtaining the advertisement cash. CONSTITUTION: An internet advertisement system comprises an advertisement owner computer(310), an user's terminal(320) and an advertisement cash bank computer(330). The advertisement cash bank computer(330) issues the advertisement cash having the identification code, a payment condition, a payment amount and an acquisition place, checks and pays the advertisement cash. The advertisement owner computer(310) gives an access interface for the user trying to acquire the advertisement cash. An internet advertisement method comprises steps of an advertisement owner requesting the issue of the advertisement cash to the advertisement cash bank by designating a payment condition, an amount and an acquisition place, the cash bank issuing the advertisement cash, the cash bank receiving the access request of the user, trying to acquire the cash, via the advertisement owner's computer, and checking the payment condition and the identification code.
