PROCESS FOR FORMING PLATING ON TEXTILE SURFACE

PURPOSE: A process for forming plating on textile surface is provided which has homogeneous plating and rapid production rate by using sputtering equipment. CONSTITUTION: A process for forming plating on textile surface is consisted of following steps: supplying a winded textile to ion sputtering portion at inert gas plasma atmosphere; sputtering a target portion by using the inert gas plasma to form a plating; and then winding a plating formed textile to form a plating on textile surface. The winded textile on supplying roller is a polyester fiber, and the polyester fiber is a flame retardant fiber. The flame retardant polyester fiber is consisted of copolymerizing phosphorus on polyester repeating unit. The inert gas is an argon.
