PURPOSE: A delivery method using a RCOD(Radio Controlled Object to Deliver) controlled at the central control station is provided to reduce delivery time and labor cost by using a delivery dedicated radio object to deliver and the system thereby. CONSTITUTION: A RCOD is divided into a RCGOD(Radio Controlled Ground Object to Deliver)(33), a RCSFOD(Radio Controlled Short-range Flying Object to Deliver)(32), a RCMFOD(Radio Controlled Mid-ranged Flying Object to Deliver) and a RCLFOD(Radio Controlled Long-range Flying Object to Deliver), according to moving patterns and structural differences. The RCGOD(33) contains a GPS(Global Positioning System) apparatus and a radio electric wave transceiver. CCD digital video cameras and microphones are mounted on the surfaces of the front, back, left and right of the RCGOD(33). The RCSFOD(32) is possible to be coupled and separated with the RCGOD(33) in the its lower part. The RCSFOD(32) contains a radio communication interface apparatus for communication between the RCGOD and the central control station and the GPS apparatus to comprehend position and altitude.
