A novel plasmid DNA containing a reporter gene DNA; a transformant prepared by using the above plasmid DNA and a known DNA encoding effector proteins; remedies for cancer or autoimmune diseases containing both the DNAs as the active ingredients; and a method for detecting a ligand of an intranuclear receptor by using the above transformant.
