PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate for liquid crystal display device including repair lines and a method for repairing the liquid crystal display device are provided to reduce signal delay. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor substrate for liquid crystal display device including repair lines includes a dielectric substrate, a plurality of first signal lines, s plurality of second signal lines, a first repair line, and a second repair line, The dielectric substrate includes display region and the other region. The pluralities of first signal lines are formed on the substrate. The plurality of second signal lines cross the first signal lines and includes pads on one terminals. The first repair line cross the second signal lines and an opposite terminal of the second signal lines. The repair line(170) impose a portion of the first repair lines and cross the opposite terminal of pads.
