PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing generation of a negative pressure in a chamber of a showcase is provided to smoothly open a door of a showcase by removing a negative pressure in a chamber in the showcase by mounting pipe elements passing though the inside and outside of the chamber and using a vinyl cover as an opening and closing element. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing generation of a negative pressure in a chamber of a showcase, in which a door is installed for maintaining and drawing an object in and from a receiving space of a showcase, includes pipe elements(20a,20b) having a through hole(21) passing through the receiving space from outside to inside, and a vinyl cover(22) attached to an outlet of the through holes of the pipe elements with an adhesive part(22') according to a difference of pressure between inside and outside of the receiving part.
