PURPOSE: A controlling device of a power source supplying device is provided to prevent the damage of a load due to an overvoltage or a low voltage when the load is supplied to a power source supplying device. CONSTITUTION: A damage of a load(120) which is occurred by an over voltage or a low voltage when a main power source is supplied is prevented by using a power supplying device(100) which outputs a main power source and a secondary power source. An overvoltage detecting section(140) outputs overvoltage state signals of the main power source when the main power source is higher than the overvoltage standard voltage. A low voltage detecting section(160) outputs low voltage state signals of the main power source when the main power source is lower than the low voltage standard voltage. A control signal generating section(180) generates control signals which blocks the main power source of the power source supplying device.
