PURPOSE: A high frequency dielectric composition is provided, to lower the phase-forming temperature and the sintering temperature and to allow the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency to be controlled by using an additive. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency dielectric composition comprises the modified Perovskite structured material which is represented by the formula (1-y)Ca_(1-x) Ln_2x/3 TiO3 - yLi_3w Ln_2/3-w TiO3, wherein Ln is one ore more elements selected from the group consisting of Sm, Nd, La and Pr. The composition is prepared by using the source material whose content ratio is controlled to satisfy the conditions that x is between 0 and 1.0, y is between 0.3 and 1.0, and w is between 0 and 0.25; and 0.1-10 wt% of the product prepared from Li2O-B2O3, as a starting material. Preferably the source material is Li2CO3, CaCO3, Ln2O3 and TiO2, and the the product prepared from Li2O-B2O3 is Li2B2O4.
