PURPOSE: An apparatus for massively forming a fixing pin to a coil spring of the out sole of a shoe is provided which generates no damage on the products during operation, reduces material cost and promotes productivity. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus is characterized in that a high-frequency heater is disposed on a holder moving on a guide rail and brought into contact with the top of the high-frequency heater by insertion-fixing conventional coil spring to a fixing plate, an operating member and an operating bar are positioned on a cylinder rod that is disposed at one side of the high-frequency heater to insertion-fix fixing pin, and the fixing pin is allowed to compression-adhesion at the top of a heated coil spring by operating the cylinder. The apparatus makes it easy to install the coil spring and the product quality uniform.
