PURPOSE: A synchronizing device of a jig is provided to extend the life span of components and to remarkably increase assembling performance with increased installation of a side assembly panel by enabling two sliding driving units to move forward and backward at the same speed. CONSTITUTION: Due to an emerged piston, a first and a second sliding driving unit(2a,2b) advance to a floor panel when pneumatic pressure is supplied to a first and a second air cylinder(3a,3b) for installing a side assembling panel. Since two sliding driving units are connected to each other by a synchronous frame(20), each sliding driving unit advances to the floor panel at the same speed. Then an installing unit(4) rotates to install a side assembly panel on the side of the floor panel and the sliding driving units return back. A stopper(22) holds the sliding driving units so that the side assembly panel is installed in a correct position.
