PURPOSE: An exhaust valve assembly is provided to prevent a damage of the parts due to an interference by combining the exhaust valve opening and closing the compressed space of a cylinder with a valve spring elastically supporting the exhaust valve, thereby improving the reliability. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust valve assembly includes a cover member(50) having a predetermined inner space in which a protrusion(51) is formed, and connected openedly in one side of a cylinder(10), an opening/closing member(60) having a guide part(62) formed extendedly in a body part opening and closing the compressed space of the cylinder(10) at a regular length for being supported in the inner peripheral and inducing to controlling the separation of switch position of the body part, opening and closing the compressed space of the cylinder(10), and an elastic member(70) formed to have thin thickness and regular area and inserted into the cover member(50) for being supported by the protrusion(51) and for elastically supporting the opening/closing member(60).
