PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for remote-control of a cooling and heating system for gas are provided to control the cooling and heating system remotely by a program and presetting of a central controlling computer and easily compromise, analyze or evaluate operation data and performance. CONSTITUTION: A method for remote-control of a cooling and heating system for gas includes the steps of initializing a communication modem of a computer for controlling a cooling and heating system for gas(S100), receiving a call if remote control and receiving standby are selected as a control mode and monitoring standby(S101,S102), discriminating the received call is dispatched from a computer modem or a telephone(S103), re-receiving a call if the received call is dispatched from a telephone(S104), transmitting a preset information voice(S105), receiving a command input according to the information voice(S06), operating the system according to the input command(S107), transmitting an information voice for informing of finish of control if the control for operating the system is finished(S108), connecting the call according to a connecting sequent if the call is dispatched from a computer modem(S109), receiving a control or monitoring command if the connection is accomplished(S110), operating the system according to the received control command(S111), transmitting a control result or operation information of the system(S112), dialing and connecting a telephone if the control mode is set to be a mode for transmitting operation information including malfunction information in the step S101(S113,S114), transmitting the operation information including the malfunction information of the system(S115), and releasing the connection if the information voice, the control result or operation information is transmitted(S116)
