PURPOSE: A baby stroller able to be used as a car seat and a general carriage is provided to be converted to a car seat and a baby carriage, to install a seat firmly and to be used as a carriage for carrying compact objects by a main frame having rollers. CONSTITUTION: For going out of doors or taking a walk with a baby, a combining device(8) of a seat(C) is combined to a combining groove(5) of a main frame(M) to be used as a baby carriage(A). During travelling, the seat combined to the baby carriage is installed to the seat of a vehicle by separating the combining device(8) of the seat(C) from the combining groove(5) of the main frame by pushing release buttons(6) protruded on both sides of the main frame. A safety belt(7) is adjusted to use the baby carriage as a car seat. When the seat(C) is separated from the main frame, compact objects are loaded in the main frame thus the baby carriage is used as a general carriage.
